Convictions: April 16-April 22

—Thomas Millard Engen, 63, of Brownsdale was sentenced to one-year probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines.

—Jason Robert Getchell, 35, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions, perform 90 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines. He is scheduled for a review hearing and could face 30 days in jail if found non-compliant of his probation terms.

—Duncan James Higgins, 21, was sentenced to one year and six months in prison for second-degree burglary. He must pay $938.24 in fines.

—Raymond Leonard Sheldon, 50, of Austin was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He received a concurrent sentence of one stayed year in jail for gross misdemeanor assault of a peace officer. He must follow several conditions, perform 80 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 86 days served.

—Tony Viramonh, 29, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and three months for felony terroristic threats. He must serve five years probation, follow several conditions, perform 50 hours of community service and pay $1,085 in fines.
