Bruins present $9,463 check to Pacelli

On Tuesday, April 4, the Austin Bruins presented a check for $9,463 to Pacelli Catholic Schools.
The check included proceeds from the second annual Pacelli Night at the Bruins, which took place this year on March 17.
The Austin Bruins gave a portion of ticket sales to Pacelli Catholic Schools and designed a specialty jersey which was auctioned off after the game, with all proceeds to benefit Pacelli.
The jersey bidding topped out at $4,540 and was matched with an additional $3,000 by an anonymous donor.
As a privately funded school, officials said Pacelli is grateful for the generosity and kindness shown by the Bruins, auction participants and all who attended Pacelli Night at the Bruins.
