The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms broke into the win column with a 2-1 win over Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Friday night.

The Blossoms’ Elly Strunk allowed just one hit while racking up nine strikeouts and walking just one.

Maya Lembke went one-for-three with a double and an RBI. Linnea Sunde and Strunk also went one-for-three.

The Blossoms committed three errors.

BP will face Medford on Monday.
