The Hayfield girls basketball team locked up the HVL Blue Division when they beat Kenyon-Wanamingo (15-9 overall, 9-6 HVL) 66-58 on the road Tuesday.

Hayfield (20-4 overall, 13-2 HVL) led by 10 points early and it built its lead to as many as 20 points in the second half. Maggie Streightiff had 25 points and six three-pointers for the Vikings and Olivia Matti had 22 points and five three-pointers.

Mara Quam had 32 points as she scored her 2,000th career point for KW.

Hayfield will play in the HVL championship game at KM 7 p.m. Monday.
