Southland girls basketball team cranks up the pressure in win over WK

The Southland girls basketball team picked up a 68-47 win over Wabasha-Kellogg (2-15 overall, 0-12 Three Rivers) in Adams Tuesday.
McKendry Kennedy scored 27 points and Kaysie Allen had eight points, 11 rebounds, four assists and eight steals for the Rebels (5-9 overall, 5-6 Three Rivers).
“I think the difference tonight was our full court press,” Southland head coach Dean Bendtsen said. “McKendry and Kaysie Allen were really scrappy tonight on defense.”
