Grand Meadow boys basketball team falls to Mabel-Canton

The Grand Meadow boys basketball team lost 53-49 to Mabel-Canton (5-9 overall, 4-5 Big Nine) on the road Thursday.
Connor King had 14 points and 15 rebounds in the loss for GM (4-6 overall, 3-2 SEC).
“We did not show up mentally and ready to play and it showed,” GM head coach Bob Burmester said. “We turned the ball over way too many times and did not make enough winning plays.”
