Hagen makes a strong start as BP boys basketball team tops USC

The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team picked up a 68-62 win against United South Central (1-3 overall) on the road Tuesday.
Freshman Gabe Hagen scored 14 points in his first varsity start for the Awesome Blossoms (3-2 overall).
“Honestly a great team effort with several guys really playing well and fulfilling roles,” BP head coach Nate Piller said. “We talk to them about quality minutes over quantity of minutes. That’s what tonight was for many of our boys.”
