Blue Devils beat Bethany Lutheran

The Riverland Community College men’s basketball team topped Bethany Lutheran 84-74 before it heads into the winter break in RCC Thursday.
The Blue Devils (7-4 overall) led by as many as 14 points and Rushford-Peterson grad Kyler Paulson hit a big three-pointer to put RCC up six points in the second half. Paulson finished with 11 points as he went 5-for-6 from the field.
“Kyler was a huge spark plug for us when we were dead in the water,” RCC head coach Derek Hahn said. “I was excited to see him be successful tonight.”
The Blue Devils will return to play against Luther in RCC Jan. 5.
