The Austin wrestling team went 2-2 at a dual tournament in St. Ansgar Saturday.

The Packers topped Northwood-Kensett 69-12 and they beat Clarksville, Iowa 57-18, but the Packers lost to Des Moines Roosevelt 42-38 and fell to Dubuque Wahlert, Iowa 43-33.

“For our first time on the mat, overall I felt the boys wrestled well this weekend. They worked hard and pushed the pace,” Austin head coach Jer Osgood said.

Austin finished fifth place out of eight teams.
