OFFENSE

Tate Hebrink, quarterback, Austin

The junior shined in his first year at quarterback for the Packers. Hebrink went 94-for-210 with 1,129 passing yards, 11 TDs and nine interceptions. He ran for 384 yards (3.5 per carry) and six TDs.

Christophor Bain, running back, Grand Meadow

The senior rolled to 2,337 rushing yards (12.2 per carry) and 41 TDs and he caught 10 passes for 266 yards and a TD for the four-time state champion Superlarks. Bain, who holds the all-time GM TD record with 99 career scores, was named third team All-State, he played in the Minnesota All-Star game and he was a Mr. Football candidate.

Tabarie Gunsallus, running back, Austin

The junior finished the regular season on a tear as he ended up with 1,120 yards (4.8 per carry) and 10 TDs. Gunsallus also hauled in eight passes for 10 yards.

Zach Myhre, running back, Grand Meadow

The junior did a lot of blocking for Bain up front and he also did his own damage as he ran for 1,131 yards (9.3 per carry) and 17 TDs. Myhre hauled in eight passes for 212 yards and two TDs.

Jany Gash, wide receiver, Austin

The senior made some big plays for the Packers as he caught 29 passes for 542 yards (18.7 per catch) and six TDs. Gash also had three carries for 24 rushing yards.

Chris Webber, wide receiver, Southland

The senior was a big play-maker for the Rebels this season. Over the past two seasons, he’s compiled 50 catches for 600 yards and seven TDs.

Kyle Oberbroeckling, offensive line, Austin

The senior was a leader on and off the field as he helped pave the way for a strong rushing attack.

Connor King, offensive line, Grand Meadow

The senior helped create a big plays for the Superlarks as he excelled as a downfield blocker.

Dom Dublin, offensive line, Hayfield

The bruising senior was a big factor on a physical Hayfield offensive line.

Nick Mensink, offensive line, Southland

The junior was a key wedge blocker for the Rebels’ attack.

Brad Staska, Blooming Prairie ,offensive line

The junior gave the BP offense a push up front.

DEFENSE

Connor King, defensive line, Grand Meadow

The senior was a physical force all season for GM as he finished the season with 110 tackles, eight sacks, four fumble recoveries and a blocked kick. King was named third team All-State.

Blake Benson, defensive line, Grand Meadow

The physical senior ate up a lot of blocks inside to free up the GM rushers. Benson also made an impact of his own as he finished with 72 tackles, three sacks and one fumble recovered.

Kyle Oehlke, defensive line, Grand Meadow

The junior showed a strong work drive as he finished with 98 tackles and 14 sacks.

Luke Hawkshead, defensive line, Austin

The junior made a big impact on the rush as he finished with three sacks.

Christophor Bain, linebacker, Grand Meadow

The senior racked up 123 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions and one fumble recovery.

Zach Myhre, linebacker, Grand Meadow

The junior made a lot of big plays for the Larks as he finished with an area-best 130 tackles, to go along with five sacks and three fumble recoveries.

Mitchell Oswald, linebacker, Blooming Prairie

The junior had a big season for the Awesome Blossoms as he finished with 54 tackles, five sacks, 11 tackles for a loss and one pass defensed.

Connor Getchell, cornerback, Blooming Prairie

The senior had 29 tackles, three interceptions, six tackles for loss and a sack.

Brenn Olson, cornerback, Grand Meadow

The senior was a lock-down corner for the Larks as he amassed 54 tackles, two interceptions and one fumble recovery.

Colton Mandt, defensive back/linebacker

The senior was a solid force in the secondary as he stepped up as a leader for the Rebels. Mandt has compiled 78 tackles over the past two seasons.

Jany Gash, safety, Austin

The senior made some big plays in the secondary as he picked off six passes.

HONORABLE MENTION

Wes Ojulu, wide receiver and safety, Grand Meadow

Although he didn’t make a lot of catches, the senior made some big plays in GM’s state title run. He finished the year with 14 grabs for 287 yards and seven TDs. On the defensive side, he had 44 tackles and four interceptions.

Brenn Olson, quarterback, Grand Meadow

The senior went 46-for-90 with 1,082 passing yards with 14 TDs and just  one interception. Olson ran for 408 yards (6.6 per carry) and six TDs.

Gavin Owens, wide receiver, Austin

The sophomore emerged as a solid option in the middle of the field as he hauled in 22 passes for 225 yards and two TDs.

Seth Peterson, quarterback, Blooming Prairie

The sophomore went 123-for-235 for 1,406 yards, 17 TDs and eight interceptions. Peterson ran for 82 yards and three TDs.

Connor Getchell, running back, BP

The senior ran for 695 yards (7 per carry) and nine TDs and he also caught 11 passes for 169 yards and two TDs.

Lucas Noble, wide receiver, BP

The junior hauled in 26 passes for 196 yards and one TD and he ran for 266 yards (7.4 per carry) and five TDs.

Max Romeo, running back, BP

The junior ran for 445 yards (5.5 per carry) and two TDs and he caught 15 passes for 179 yards and a TD.

Lane Canny, wide receiver/linebacker, Hayfield

The senior had 19 catches for 480 yards and six touchdowns on offense and he added 28 tackles, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery on defense.

Morgen Moreno, running back/linebacker Hayfield

The junior tallied 482 total yards to go with five TDs and he also had 55 tackles and sack.

Tristan Rieken, defensive line, Hayfield

The sophomore had 88 tackles and a fumble recovery.

Trey Hungerholt, quarterback/safety. LeRoy-Ostrander

The sophomore threw for 1,169 yards and seven TDs and he ran for 684 yards (6.4 per carry) and five TDs. Defensively, Hungerholt had 72 tackles and two interceptions.

Bryce Strouf, linebacker/wide receiver, Lyle-Pacelli

The sophomore racked up 74 tackles on defense and he hauled in 10 passes for 140 yards and a TD on offense.

Kobie Schaeffer, defensive tackle, Lyle-Pacelli

The sophomore compiled 85 tackles and three sacks.
