Author to talk psalms at library; Event will center on ways to cope with tragedies like 9/11

Local author Tara Mizrachi will presenting “9/11: How We Can Help the World One Psalm at a Time” at the Austin Public Library at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
This program will feature melodies of psalms followed by discussions about the inner meaning of selected psalms. The audience for this event is people of all ages and backgrounds. It will be an inspiring and uplifting hour which will give the audience new perspective on ways to cope with tragedies like Sept. 11 in positive ways. Audience participation is encouraged but not required.
Tara recently published her novel “Software for the Soul – Psalms for Everyone.” This book offers a user-friendly way for the soul to connect with its creator. A simple conversation between two women reveals undiscovered truths and uplifting inspiration within the miraculous Book of Psalms. A book signing will follow the presentation.
