Lee and Jill Gooder of Cresco, Iowa, along with Pat and Kim Marshall of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming wedding of their children Shelley Jolene Gooder and Joseph Patrick Marshall.

Shelley is the granddaughter of Don and Rosie Gooder of Cresco, Iowa and Jolene and the late Jack Beddow of Brownsdale, Minnesota. She is a 2008 graduate of Crestwood High School in Cresco, Iowa and a 2012 graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. Shelley is the event venue director for NOAH’s Event Venue in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Joe is a 2007 graduate of Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and a 2012 graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.

He is employed by EmbarkIT in West Des Moines, Iowa as a sales team member, and is also a realtor with Keller Williams Realty.

Shelley and Joe currently reside in West Des Moines, Iowa and are planning an October wedding in Cresco.
