The Blooming Prairie softball team closed out its regular season when it lost 3-2 to Triton (8-12 overall) on the road Friday.

Elly Strunk and Bria Baldwin each homered in the loss for the Awesome Blossoms (8-12 overall).

BP is the No. 3 seed in the Section 1A West tournament and it will host No. 6 seed Lyle-Pacelli 5 p.m. Monday.
