The Austin boys tennis team lost 7-0 to Mankato West at Neveln Elementary Friday.

Austin’s No. 2 players Jens Ourada won the first set 6-0 and he dropped the next two sets by a scores of 6-2 and 6-2.

“Jens Ourada had a battle at number two singles,” Austin head coach Jeff Anderson said. “He played well and keeps getting better. Number one doubles played probably their best match of the year to this point.”
