The Austin girls basketball team lost 88-76 to Mankato West (8-16 overall, 5-15 Big Nine) on the road Tuesday.

Kelsey Sederquest led the Packers (13-10 overall, 12-9 Big Nine) with 21 points.

West standout Lexi Schoper poured in 35 points for the Cardinals.

“We played terrible defense throughout the night,” Austin head coach Todd Johnson said.
