The Southland girls basketball team beat La Crescent (1-13 overall, 1-9 Three Rivers) 44-41 on the road Tuesday.

McKendry Kennedy had 14 points to lead the Rebels (5-7 overall, 5-5 Three Rivers), who have won four out of their last five games.
