The Southland boys basketball team erased a four-point half time deficit as it beat Kingsland (9-11 overall, 4-10 Three Rivers) 53-46 on the road Tuesday.

Jared Landherr had 17 points for the Rebels (9-9 overall, 6-8 Three Rivers), Chris Webber had nine points, six rebounds and seven assists, and Jackson Koenigs had seven points and five rebounds.

“We made a few adjustments at halftime and the biggest thing we needed was to pick up our effort a little bit,” Southland head coach Matt Webber said. “We did that and Jackson and Jared had a big second half. It was a big win for us.”
