A five-week bereavement support group for those who have experienced a loss will begin on Jan. 12, 2016, and continue through Feb. 9. This education and support group will provide materials and discussions on a variety of topics to assist participants in their grieving process. The group will meet weekly in the conference room at the Mower County Senior Center. The meetings will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a different presenter each week and will be followed by an informal lunch gathering for anyone interested. All who feel this might be beneficial to their healing are invited to attend. The support group is open to the public at no charge.
