Theola A. Broste, 94, died Dec. 4, 2015, of natural causes at Sacred Heart Care Center.

She was born Jan. 14, 1921, at Lake Hanska Township to Ruth and Anton Broste. Teddy graduated from New Ulm High School, attended Mankato Business College, and worked as an administrative secretary for Excel Energy (NSP).

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Ardis Broste and Charlotte (Keith) Davidson; and her brother Omar (Lois) Broste.

She is survived by nieces: Ruth (Mehdi Elketroussi) Davidson, Mary Jean Clark O’Leary, Linda (Ed) Vilt; nephews: Paul (Diana) Broste, James (Carla) Broste, and Charles (Maude Luskey) Broste.

The family appreciates and wants to thank Sacred Hear Care Center for the wonderful, loving care given to her during her stay.

A graveside service will be held at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis. Macken Funeral Home is assisting the family.
