Carlson stops 29 shots as Bruins blank Wings

Austin goalie Kristofer Carlson was on fire as he led the Bruins to a 3-0 win over Aberdeen (7-11-4 overall) in Riverside Arena Friday.

Carlson, who is from Centerville, Virginia, picked up his second shutout of the season when he stopped all 29 of the shots he saw.

Michael Piehler, who is from Plano, Texas, scored his first two goals for the Bruins (15-11-1 overall) in the win.
