Buschmann nets 33 points as Superlarks top Blooming Prairie

The Grand Meadow boys basketball team beat Blooming Prairie 80-52 in BP Thursday.
Senior Reid Buschmann poured in a career-high 33 points for the Superlarks (3-1 overall) as he knocked down seven three-pointers.
“It was all in the offense,” GM head coach Bob Burmesgter said. “They pressed us a little bit and our guys did a nice job of breaking the press and finding the open man.”
Terrell Rieken had 16 points and 16 rebounds for GM.
BP (2-4 overall) was led by Jake Ressler, who scored 12 points.
“GM brought great energy and great effort,” BP head coach Nathan Piller said. “Our goal of improvement each opportunity was tested tonight. If we learn from this experience we’ll be better from it.”
