Patricia Ann Ille, 83, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2015, at Prairie Manor Care Center.

Service: Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastor Heidi Heimgartner officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the church.

Funeral Home: Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
