Twenty more students will be involved in National Honor Society this year.

Austin High School inducted 20 new members into National Honor Society at its annual induction ceremony held Oct. 19. New members include: Isaac Arnold, Miranda Bergemann, Trent Brown, Mikayla Brunner, Nathan Conner, Joshua Irvin, Kaylee Kalbow, Madison Klein, Gabriella Marconi,Haley Mead, Katie Mentz, Jekap Omod, Carter Oster, Brooke Pazurek, Zeke Peters, Kaitlyn Schammel, Anna Schara, Katlynn Schmick, Todd Weaver and Mary Willrodt.

They join current members Aleesha Anderson, Sean Baker, Jennifer Bogle, Kayla Byram, Abigail Collins, Deng Deng, Sarah Eich, Betsy Ettinger, Timothy Farrell, Baylee Garroway, Caitlin Gordon, Ashley Hawkshead, Nayeli Hernandez Moctezuma, Katelyn Hillson, Ryan Kempen, Olivia Leuer, Madison Overby, Mara Overby, Kelsey Sederquest, Valentina Truong-Ferreira, Kendra Wagner and Sarah Willrodt.

Membership requires a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or above and demonstrated strengths in the areas of leadership, character and service.
