Football: Hayfield falls 40-28 to Wabasha-Kellog

No. 6 seeded Hayfield had its football season come to an end when it lost 40-28 at Wabasha-Kellogg in a Section 1A tournament quarterfinal game Wednesday.
Trace Tebay had 129 receiving yards and three touchdowns in the loss for the Vikings (2-7 overall).
WK led 7-0 at halftime, but it got its offense going in the second half.
It was the first playoff win for the Falcons (4-5 overall) since 1986.
