Flora Janet Hopkins, 86, of Mesa, Arizona, died Sept. 13, 2015.

She was born in Austin to Beata and Donald Burton and graduated from Austin High School in 1947. She met and married her husband Leo “Hoppy” Hopkins in 1947. They settled in Albert Lea and raised two children before moving to Mesa, Arizona, in 1966. Flo was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, vacationing in California and her many K9 companions.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 55 years.

She is survived by their son Terry (Patricia); daughter Cheryl Tustison (Tim); and grandson Terry Jr. (Angela).
