Carol Agnes (Reinartz) Penkava of Lyle, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at her home north of Lyle.

Service: A service will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Mayer Funeral Home with Father Dale Tupper officiating. Casket bearers will be Michelle Penkava, Melanie Penkava, Joanna Garcia, Mercedes Garcia, John Penkava, and Darwin Noble.

Visitation: Visitation will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at Mayer Funeral Home with a CCW Rosary at 4 p.m. and also one hour before the service at the funeral home on Monday.

Interment: Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery, Austin.

Funeral Home: Mayer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
