Austin teen charged with drug possession in North Mankato

The St. Peter Herald reports that Thomas Charles Phanuel, 19, of Austin has been charged with fifth-degree drug possession (methamphetamine) following a traffic stop by North Mankato Police. Phanuel faces up to five years and a $10,000 and is scheduled to appear in Nicollet County Court on Sept. 22.
