“Go, go, go!” Jennifer Forster cheered as she watched her husband, Jeremiah, compete in the Tendermaid Challenge Friday morning.

Jeremiah ate 13 burgers and a bag of chips and drank 64 ounces of water and a malt in 23 minutes to beat the previous record holder.

“I’m pretty full; I can’t be tough about it,” Jeremiah said after completing the challenge.

Jeremiah, along with his wife and their four kids, traveled from St. Cloud to take part in the challenge.

Jeremiah isn’t a newbie to food challenges, as the Tendermaid Challenge marked his 80th competition. He prepared the whole week by eating lots of oatmeal and watermelon. He ate only 10 pounds of watermelon the night before.
