Graham R. Uzlik 90, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away Wednesday morning, July 22, 2015, at Regions Hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at First United Methodist Church, 204 1st Ave N.W., Austin, with the Rev. Dennis Tamke officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to service.

Interment: Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin, with Austin Post No. 91 American Legion and Olaf B. Damm Post No. 1216 Veterans of Foreign Wars in charge of military rites.

Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
