The hot summer sun is setting and as September nears, school doors are getting ready to open for this year’s batch of students.

The Austin Public Schools District will hold mass registration Wednesday and Thursday this week for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. On Wednesday, students with last names S-Z will have registration from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and students with last names M-R will have registration from 12 to 3:30 p.m. On Thursday, students with last names F-L will have registration from 12 to 4 p.m., and students with last names A-E will have registration from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
