ROSEVILLE — The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Roseville says it’s handling a record number of animals this year.
Executive director Phil Jenni says the center is getting more than 100 new patients every day. It’s the time of year when baby robins, rabbits and even an occasional fawn might be found in someone’s backyard. Veterinarian Renee Schott says many of the animals perceived to be abandoned should be left in the wild.
