ROSEVILLE — Authorities say a driver was injured and his vehicle was damaged after a chunk of ice flew off of a semitrailer on a highway in Roseville.

Minnesota State Patrol Lt. Tiffani Nielson says a 44-year-old West St. Paul man suffered minor injuries in the Wednesday afternoon incident on Highway 36. She says the driver’s windshield was destroyed.
