U of M children’s hospital announces $5 million Wilf gift

MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota Vikings owners Zygi Wilf and Mark Wilf have given $5 million from their family foundation to fund education, communication and technology initiatives at an area children’s hospital.
The gift was made in December 2013. It was announced Wednesday at an event at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.
The Wilf Family Center will include an auditorium, conference rooms and the infrastructure for technological connections to share expertise and information around the world.
