The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team beat Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (12-14 overall) 69-48 in BP Thursday.

John Rumpza had 19 points and 12 rebounds for BP (13-10 overall) and Anthony Nelson had 14 points and seven rebounds.

BP opened the second half on a 17-3 run.
