The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team picked up the season sweep of New Richland-HEG (5-6 overall, 3-2 Gopher) with a 42-21 win in BP Tuesday.

Madiwon Worke had 13 points and six steals for No. 4 ranked BP (13-1 overall, 7-0 Gopher), which now has won 11 straight games.

The win also gives the Awesome Blossoms a two-game lead in the Gopher Conference.
