Helen M. Smith, 96, of Stewartville, formerly of Rochester and Adams, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014, at her home in Stewartville.

Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Adams with Father Swaminatha Pothireddy officiating.

Visitation: There will be a 4 p.m. Rosary service and a 6:30 p.m. prayer service on Monday at the Adams Funeral Home where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and on Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Interment: Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
