Service: A funeral mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church with Father Adam McMillan officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.

Interment: Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Mayer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
