Police are investigating a stolen 2002 Chrysler Sebring after it was reported stolen Wednesday.

Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger said the car was in a parking lot on the south side of a building at the 500 block of First Street Northwest when it was stolen at some point between noon and 2 p.m.

Krueger said the car was unlocked and its keys were left in the ignition. The car’s license plate reads 751-CJH.

Anyone with information about the theft is encouraged to report it to the police at 437-9400.
