The city of Austin is looking to open North Main Street as early as Friday, Nov. 7.

Public Works Director Steven Lang said workers were finishing concrete work last week and would complete signal lights, boulevard restoration and other work next week as part of the North Main Flood Control project.

“Things are going good,” he said.
