The Austin Bruins snapped a three-game losing skid when they beat Coulee Region (8-6-3 overall) 2-1 in La Crosse, Wis. Saturday.

Ian Scheid netted the game winning goal on a power play 1:08 into the overtime period to give Austin the win.

Trevor Boyd forced the extra session when he scored game tying goal early in the third period.

Jake Kielly had 21 saves in the win for Austin (9-4-5 overall), which had 25 shots on goal.
