Bruins fall 5-4 to Wings in OT

The Austin Bruins lost 5-4 in overtime to the Aberdeen Wings (7-3 overall) in Aberdeen Saturday.

The Wings won the game when Daniel Billett scored a power play goal two minutes into OT.

The Bruins (6-1-3 overall) forced the extra session when Ian Scheid scored his second goal of the night with 4:54 left in the third period. The Wings had scored two goals in a one-minute stretch to take a 4-3 lead early in the third period.

Jake Kielly took the loss for Austin as he stopped 21 shots.
