Bond set in Rochester campground assault

ROCHESTER — A campground owner and employee of a nonprofit Christian ministry is free on bond after making an appearance in Wabasha County District Court on criminal sexual conduct.
Forty-nine-year-old Paul Logan, of Rochester, is accused of fondling two girls who stayed at the Pioneer Campground in Wabasha in May and June.
Logan was released on $6,000 bond following a court appearance Monday. Logan was also employed by Faith Sound, Inc., which operates KFSI radio and Faith Christian School.
