The local Izaak Walton League will host speaker Michael Forsberg at its upcoming meeting at 7 p.m. Monday inside Ruby Rupner Auditorium at the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center.

Forsberg is a charter member of the North American Nature Photographer’s Association, and in 2009, he was the recipient of the North American Nature Photographer’s Association Mission Award. He is a senior fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers, and a fellow with the University of Nebraska’s Center for Great Plains Studies and the Water for Food Institute. He lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife Patty and their two daughters.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the presentation.
