Paul Douglas Campbell, 72, passed away Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, at his home after his long battle with brain cancer.

Service: Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, at Hollywood Hills Forest Lawn Cemetery at the Old North Church in Los Angeles, California. Address: 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

Visitation: Memorial supper will follow at 5:30 p.m. at Phoenicia Restaurant in Glendale, California, 341 Central Ave. Glendale, CA 91206.
