Payton Marie Wradislavsky, the infant daughter of Nathan and Sara Wradislavsky, of Austin, Minnesota, died Friday, Aug. 15, 2014, at the Mayo Clinic Hospitals, Methodist Campus, Rochester, Minnesota.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at St. John’s Lutheran Church with the Rev. Tom Ogilvie officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday.

Memorials: The family prefers memorials.
