Mary ‘Myrtle’ Jacobson, 94, of Blooming Prairie, died Sunday, June 29, 2014, at Prairie Manor Care Center.

Service: Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014, at St. Columbanus Catholic Church in Blooming Prairie, with Fr. Steven Peterson officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home, and will continue on Thursday morning for one hour prior to services, at church.

Interment: Private interment will be in St. Columbanus Catholic Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Services are prearranged and performed by Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home.
