The county board is slated to meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the county board room of the Mower County Government Center.

The board will discuss fireworks permits for Chateau Raceway and Deer Creek Speedway, an absentee ballot resolution, the Mower County Zoning Ordinance for integrated waste management systems and tax forfeited properties.

The board will also recognize Vernon Kiefer, maintenance equipment operator, for his retirement after 37 years.
