A 33-year-old was arrested Thursday for disorderly conduct and drug possession after a shouting match ensued near the 1009 Oakland Ave. W. McDonalds.
Around 10:30 p .m., officers responded to a report of a large group of teens in the McDonalds parking and another group in a yard on the 1000 block of Oakland Avenue West yelling back and forth, according to a police report.
Police arrived on scene and heard the suspect yell, “Why don’t to you come over here you punk a— b— [expletives deleted],” according to the report. The group in the McDonalds lot scattered, and police took the suspect into custody for trying to start a fight.
He reportedly told police he had a “pipe and a marijuana” on him.
The suspect was released and charges are pending.
