It appears Hormel Foods Corp. won’t be dishing out Ragu pasta sauce anytime soon.

The New York Times and several media outlets reported Japan’s Mizkan Group agreed to purchase the Ragu and Bertolli brands for $2.15 billion from Unilever.

Hormel Foods, which acquired Skippy last January, was reportedly one of several companies vying to acquire Ragu.
