Austin Hy-Vee dietitian Jen Haugen has been named one of five dietitians up for the Retail Dietitians Business Alliance’s first-annual Retail Dietitian of the Year Award.

The award was established to recognize a retail dietitian who demonstrates leadership by utilizing business skills and industry knowledge to positively impact consumer behavior change through the retail sector according to the RDBA website.

Haugen is joined by Patricia Hunter, Stephanie Schultz, Racel Simpers and Shari Steinbach.

The winner will be announced on June 12 at the FMI Connect show in Chicago.
